What to Wear For Your Fall Photo Sessions

The most famous questions of them all, what should we wear for our family session. Yes, coordinating your outfits can be a nightmare, but it doesn’t have to be! I have put together some sample outfits, below, to inspire you to create your own ensemble. Here are some helpful tips from you can take away from this collection.

1. Layer it up! Layers, layers, they create visual interest and will keep you warm and cozy while outside during your session. That is if it cools down, we are in Texas after all ha!ha! Think tights, cardigans, blazers, and scarves.

2. Choose two main colors that you love, and develop your color scheme around them. Use the brightest color — also known as the accent color — sparingly.

3. You cannot forget about the accessories! Pieces like suspenders (burlap) or a flowery headband for the kids will take your ensemble to the next level of cute.
